Made from solid wood, these shelves are both functional and beautiful.

Shelf Construction: 

All ZimBoards Wood Floating Shelves are made from a single character-grade wood slab with beautiful natural imperfections that increase organic appeal. All knots, splits and holes are filled with epoxy maintaining a smooth surface. We never use glued boards, veneer particle board, hollow core or manufactured boxes for our shelves.

Shelf Finish: 

Our Custom Floating Shelves receive a professionally applied Catalyzed Conversion Varnish (CCV) Finish that seals the wood protecting it from scratches and watermarks. CCV is a permanent and premium fine furniture finish that does not require re-application. CCV enhances wood grain and color leaving a satin smooth textured surface, resulting in an heirloom quality Wood Floating Shelf.

Floating Shelf Brackets: 

Each Wood Floating Shelf is routed and drilled for their specific Hidden Shelf Brackets. Our Heavy-Duty Floating Shelf Brackets install in minutes and hold the Wood Floating Shelf flush and securely to the wall. Bracket, fasteners and installation instructions included.
